About the Foundation
The OPA RASA Foundation is a nonprofit organized in Delaware. Its IRS determination was issued in March 2019. Its purpose is to help people from marginalized and disadvantaged communities find work, training, and a way back on their feet. It began in 2018 alongside The OPA RASA Group, and its founder is Stephen Deason.
