Who we are
This website is operated by The OPA RASA Foundation, a Delaware nonprofit organization ("the Foundation," "we," "us").
Information you give us
When you use the "What's near me" form, we collect your email address and ZIP code, and, if you choose to give them, your first name, phone number, the kinds of help you are looking for, and any message you write. When you send a message through our About page, we collect your name, email address, and message.
How we use it
We use what you send only to reply to you, including sending you information about places near you that may be able to help. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Please share only what we need
You do not need to tell us about your health, treatment, or other private details to get help finding resources. Please do not include medical details, case numbers, or identification numbers in a form.
How information is shared
We do not sell, rent, or share what you send with other organizations. Our website host processes form submissions on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect someone's safety.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
How long we keep information
We keep messages for as long as needed to reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the information you sent by writing to us through the About page.
Children
This site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Emergencies
This website and its forms are not for emergencies. If you are in danger, call 911. For suicide or crisis support, call or text 988.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
